Linen Shore Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Linen Shore purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns & Refunds

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

  • To qualify for a return, items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they arrived.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanging an item works the same way as returns. You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back, as well as the shipping for your new item.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Drop us a message at [your email address] within 14 days of receiving your order so we can guide you through the process.

  2. Send the item back to us at [your return address], securely packaged.

  3. Once we receive it, we’ll take care of your refund or send out your exchange.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • We can’t refund the original shipping cost.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
